The Back Pain Relief & Wellness Center specializes in MEDICAL MASSAGE that focuses on physical healing and rehabilitation of the body to improve your overall well-being. We also offer many techniques in WELLNESS MASSAGE centered around relieving stress and anxiety, as you renew and replenish your body, mind, and soul. Unlike spas, we take the headache out of your medically necessary treatment referrals from physicians, since we accept most major insurance provider plans. (Including Workers Comp and Auto Injury claims).
Medical massage is an intensive technique used to improve disorders of the body. A perfect companion therapy to a chiropractic adjustment and other non-invasive treatments, this massage speeds relief from chronic pain, recovery from a work-related injury or auto accident, and healing after surgery. Medical massage releases tight, fatigued and sore muscles and joints, so they are easier to manipulate the position and strengthen.
Our Massage Therapist
Mary has been a relaxation and treatment massage professional for over 22 years. Her knowledge and experience enables her to work on a wide range of people from babies/children, Alzheimer patients, motor vehicle accidents, L&I injuries, those with chronic pain issues, to high end athletes, and fitness enthusiasts.
Because many people are concerned about the depth of the work — either too deep or not deep enough — Mary knows that deeper isn't always better. She adjusts her pressure to suit your needs and comfort level, so you feel worked on.... not worked over.
